  • 1 – 2 days after item(s) received, you are advised to check the item(s) and notify us of the condition or give any feedback.
  • IF there\’s any damage on any part of the item(s), do notify us and provide us with as many details as possible including photos for further investigation. Note that, our team will have a proof shot of each item before we handed them over the counter.
  • ANY damages caused after we handed the items over the counter OR during the delivery process, DDDD won\’t be responsible / NO RETURN.
  • ANY damage(s) after the item is worn, DDDD won\’t be responsible / NO RETURN.

  • Accessories
  • Free gifts
  • As stated above under the \’Return Policy\’.


Fees to return the items AND resend (if applicable) will be borne by the customers.

We recommend you to use a shipment method with tracking numbers to ensure its safety as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered item(s) during the process.
